個別指導の呼び出しが早めにわかれば予約を調節できますが、1ヶ月前だと厳しいですね。2ヶ月処方が多いので。
開業半年で１日３０人の２ヶ月処方患者となると、すでに初診患者を1200人以上診てるはずだよね。
専門性の高いクリでも、最初の1-2ヶ月は1日80人以上だろうし、そこから３ヶ月で1日30人におさまるのも変な話。
どうも帳尻合わせの計算で、矛盾が多くて現実味に欠けるんだよなあ。
せめて2年経過したくらいにしないと

２０年前の研修医時代に断れずに
たて続けにワンルーム３部屋買ってしまった私が経験した問題点を参考までに書きますね
・結構空き部屋になってしまうことがあるのでその間は返済額が重くのしかかってしまう
・たとえ経営目的でも借り入れがあると（私の場合は５千万弱）

件の施設の職員（一般ケアマネ）がたまたま知り合いだったのでちょっと聞いてみたら
結構良い車に乗っていたりして管理者の羽振りは良いようなのである程度は儲かっているらしい
高齢のために閉めるかもというのは本当の事だが
管理がかなりずさんで現在の利用者に関して必要な書類がほぼ無い状態なので
もし監査が急に入ったりしたらかなりの払い戻しが発生する可能性がある
主任ケアマネの資格はその管理者しかもっていないので
その管理者が辞めて引き継ぐには新たに主任ケアマネを雇用しなければならず
（移行期間があるらしいけど）その辺がスムーズにいくかどうか微妙
なので
その職員としては私が引き継いでくれればそれはありがたいことだけど
どうせやるなら事業継承じゃなくて現在の利用者と職員をある程度引き継ぐ形で
新たに事業所を立ち上げた方が良いと思う
という意見だった
自分の医院の事だけでも結構多忙だし
あまり面倒なことやりたくないし
やんわりとお断りした方が良さそうだなぁと思っているところです
